CIU: One of the Best Values in the South
CIU ranks #10 for Best Value University in the South.
The U.S. News & World Report list of Best Colleges for 2020-2021 ranks СÖíÊÓƵ in the top 10 for Best Value among Regional Universities in the South.
The calculation used by the magazine takes into account CIU’s academic quality, as indicated by its 2021 U.S. News Best Colleges ranking (#42 in the South), and the 2019-2020 net cost of attendance for a student who received the average level of need-based financial aid.
In other words, the higher the quality of the program and the lower the cost, the better the deal.
Only schools ranked in or near the top half of their categories are included because U.S. News considers the most significant values to be among colleges that are above average academically.
